Ask them when they plan to drill 19-15-14 when they answer.  They unitized it back in the early post Haynesville era.

Send emails.  You'll not only have a better chance of getting a reply, you'll be creating a contact history.  If you are seeking information on a producing well include the pertinent identification data and ask for the name and direct contact information for the staffer who handles royalty payments for that well.

will do

Indigo changed my % on one well
7 months after first check
And deducted from later checks
Never gave explanation and they
Are taking out 75% for deductions
They take more than Chesapeake

75%.....

I guess before I jump to conclusions I would have to know what price they are starting off with on the check before they net back, because I have seen operators overweight the price but it all balances out with a fair payment comparatively after deducts.  But if the price they use is close to other operator's prices for same prod. month then I would  swap the emails and calls for a certified letter and document the 75% deducts.  Your net back price in bethany longstreet should not be 25% of the gas price.

The percentage change is just something you should inquire about so you will have their explanation to contest if it is wrong, or work out if a portion got suspended.

They may be taking out more to make up for paying too much previously.  If they changed the %.

I would send them a certified letter.
