Can someone determine if a section has been unitized easily through Sonris Lite? If not, is there a way for a non-professional to find that information?

As to your first question, the answer is No.  As to your second, just ask about a particular section or unitized sections in a specific township.  A number of members keep a running total.
I'm trying to find if 29 13n 14w has been unitized and who might be the operator?
Thanks Jay. Can you tell me which well, 239589 or 239590 actually drilled section 29? I've only have a small parcel (5,000 sf) that spills over from section 20.

Daryl, since Jay has not posted I will provide an answer.  Ser #239590 is the well that was drilled into and producing from Section 29 even though the surface location is in Section 32.  Ser #239589 was drilled into Section 32 from Section 29.

Bridas, Ford Family Tr 29 #H1 Well, Serial #239590, S32(29)-T13N-R14W

Thanks Les B.  Since this well has been in production for a while, I don't understand why they didn't contact me. I guess we'll be contacting them.
Do you own your minerals?

I leased to CHK and we now have a well in section 20, so the way I read the contract is they can force pool all the land (33AC) in that Unit. There is a small portion of my property about 5,000 sf that drops below the section 20 line and into section 29. Which I interpret to be outside of the section 20 unit, so therefore it is unleased property. Would that be correct?

It doesn't really show well on this map, but the 3 pieces of property located above Donald Glover drop down to his property line. One of those is my property.

Daryl, it sounds as though all your property is still leased to Chesapeake - even any small amount in Section 29.  It appears that Bridas (BEUSA) may not be aware you have acreage in their unit so you should definitely contact Chesapeake and them.
