Happy Monday all! My phone has not rang in days with any updates. Is it as quiet down there as it appears to be from here?

Hi student, the wildcat you're referring to is probably the depth . such as cotton valey formation or james lime. they have been calling the haynesville layer "wildcat" on the permits.

On a 16" pipe, with a 50 Foot right of way, what are the prices paid for a rod?
The company is Embridge. I understand smaller pipelines running from wells on my property, or in the unit, where I would be dealing with Devon, would be less per rod, because of my lease with them, but on a outside company wanting to cross my property, what are some of the damages paid for different things. They first said they would be coming thru an area where the damages would not effect much, but when they saw a clean river bottom, with improved grass, they moved their propossed line right thru the middle of my best land. Can I ask them to move over, 200 or 300 hundred feet?

What does the phrase "will be drilled in a Wildcat" mean as opposed to other wells drilled in a certain field.

LOL, thanks for the support intrepid! I'm glad to know you are there. I feel a bit inept at times as I post my way through this site...hopefully I don't sound that way to everyone else. Oh well, I keep learning, and hopefully others are doing the same- as I share what I am finding out!

Must be the hurricane, Charmine, keeping them from talking.

Hellloooo? Is anybody out there? Up here in Montana, depending on you Texans to keep the chatter up about what's going on down there, as we all wait to see what happens. Group says there are 64 of us in here, but I sure haven't heard much information from 64 of us. Don't mind me...haven't heard any new news in a couple of days and it makes me twitchy. Too much reading on this website makes me nervous when my phone isn't ringing! Happy Thursday to you all!
