The is a fluid end off of a frac pump used in the Hayneville shale. You can see what up to 14,000 psi of pumping pressure can do to a solid steel head.

Eugene, the answer to your question is yes.  In fact, a number of the major well service companies are having their fluid ends repaired with similar and even greater damage.  A single bore repair will run about approx. 10 to 15 percent of the cost of a new fluid end making it very economical to do.  If you would like to know more about this email me at godom1957@gmail.com

How and who can repair this damage. Is it economical to repair the washed off valve seat deck? Most likely only one seat bore is damaged.

Thank you,
