Great to hear from you. I knew you had to be busy with your kiddos. This has been an exciting year for this Davis family. Meredith is still in Washington. She is Asst. Administrator for Policy and Strategic Planning for the Small Business Administration. Her days are very full and never dull. More exciting is that she married a wonderful young man on May 3rd here at Tall Timbers. They are living in Alexandria, VA....very, very far from this Mom.
I continue to wait for HS activity. I declined to lease to Continental Exploration. I think there will be better offers in the future. I am being patient and "not counting my chickens before they hatch". Hope that will turn out to be the best decision.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
