I am writing this again because I am not sure what happened to the first blog.

MY nephew is in treatment and his 83 year old mother is tending to his affairs. I am his uncle and was asked to try and help. Donald Duhan with Encana made an offer of $5000.00 an acre, and said that this written offer is good until sept the 4th after that time the offer would be withdrawn. He has a total of 29.04 acres in this section. sec 21-18 north-14west, One tract is 18.1 acres and the other is 11.03 acres both in the same tract.
has anyone had any other offers in this section? Encana said that they wanted to drill this fall. They also stated something about a right of way I am not sure what that means. Thanks for any help that you can offer.
