any one done ROW for drill section laid pipeline? Energy Transfer is putting in a 26" pipeline and because of environment regulation it will require them to drill under a flood plain by a river. The pipe will be 4' below surface and be pulled back thru the drill bore hole so no temp construction surface easement required just still the need a 50' permanent easement on surface. What the market per rod payment for damage on the 50' easement?

Kim, any attorney come to mind as far as receiving legal representation? Can you refer someone? And does anyone know what the rod amount is for pipeline ROW in Greenwood or south caddo parish?

adubu, do you have any info?

Anyone else out there who can reply to any of these questions?
where is Greenwood and what type of pipeline? Who is putting the pipeline in and what size, etc ?
15 miles west of Shreveport. NG pipeline. Petrohawk.

Although, the proposal does not say, the pipeline we see laid out on hwy. 169 appears to be 18."
A lot of what they are proposing is vague and the reason why we need a experience atty. to counter back
adubu, did you receive my last reply?
John Robinson-yes I see you reply above-sorry do not know any attorneys in La. I am in Texas -- some one from La. on this site should be able to give you referral. I had dealing with Petrohawk last year in Texas--8" line with 30' easement at $175 per rod plus timber damage( total ~ $210 rod) if this will help you. Now I am still looking for some one to answer my question about 26" with 50' easement
Good hunting in your search and hope you receive all the help you need in your particular situation. And thanks for heading me in the right direction. Good chatting with you!
adbu, did you ever find an answer on the 26". we are interested also because of an offer made by ETC for $200 per rod in San Augustine county for I believe 20 inch for 50 foot with additional 50 ft work area. Up in Panola co we were offered $310 per rod for same although it may have been for 24". Haven't agreed to either yet. over 100 rods on each proposal to cross. Am interested in what the going rates are????
