jay, what is the zone called? also, i am under the impression deeper, equals higher pressure and higher temps. is there something keeping the temp and pressure down at that depth? thanks,

jay, do the wells have to be frac'd to get 25000 bopd? also, are the wells at this depth choked?
the deepwater horizon was not frac'd ?

This is probably the most "classic/textbook" example of an outstanding looking oil sand that I have ever seen! Awesome porosity, and perm must be in the mega-darcies! Turbidite deposition, I suppose.

If the long string is cemented in and hasn't been perforated, where is the oil entering the well bore?
