I sw those signs. There is one up at the end of Bradford Road (South Lake Shore, 1.5 miles up from 169). I was curious as well but didn't drive down in on Bradford to see. Curiosity having killed the cat, and all.
I see they have the pipe lying on the ground to be welded. Looks like it's about 12 inches in diameter. I talked to one of the workers and he said they were stopping at the end of that pasture on the east side of Pines rd. Said there wasn't enough clearance from houses for a well pad there though.
there is a well there going to be frac. on bradford rd.petrohawk dill it some time ago. the line is going toward the rose center. thats where the line is going on pines rd. all the way down jefferson paige.
Where and what are they going to be connecting the other end of the pipe too? Or should I say where does it connect to the main system? Be nice if there was a map that showed such things.
Anyone know what size pipes they commonly use to carry NG away from wells?
Perhaps this pipline they are laying now might be an common artery that various wells may be connecting near it's path seeing how they are just terminating it just east of Pines rd..
The worker said they weren't connecting that end to any other line. Just said that was as far as they were going.
the main line is off 1-69 its a 36 inch line. this line goes east and west.
So this 12 inch pipline that I see crossing Pines Rd is (or will be) connected to that main line?
