Diana: I am interested. Sent you another email this morning. Please respond or, if you have already signed to sell your land to another buyer, please advise. Thanks.
I'll send you an email. Thanks.
I have a lease offer for 12,000 an acre with 25% or 15,000 an acre with 22.5% This lease offer has a no surface clause and is for 3 years flat. I live off of Colquitt Road.
May I suggest you counter with $17k and 25% royalty!
All,

My name is Gregory Kallenberg and I've received a grant to film a documentary on the Haynesville Shale and the people in the area.

I'm interested in interviewing people who have signed leases as well as people who are holding out. I am interested in following individuals through the process of leasing as well as following them as their land gets drilled. I am also interested in talking to those who have interesting opinion of what's going on.

You must have land in the Haynesville shale area.

If you think you have an interesting story to tell and would like to appear in my film, please message me on GKallenberg@GMail.com. I look forward to talking to you.
As of 7/8/2008: I have not gotten a 2nd confirmation on this, but here goes anyway. Got an e-mail this a.m. Calvary B. signing for $21K/acre on 90 acres.

Who is Calvary B. ?
I think they are referring to Calvary Baptist Church on Linwood.
Way to go Calvary! Sounds like the baptist churches are racking up!!!!
They put together Evangel's lease.
Who put Calvary's deal together? Fortress is claiming responsibilty for Evangel's deal but their web site does not list Calvary.
