This well should be out of the primary term if it was a three year lease.

R.Weir, have they paid any renewal or shut in rentals?

Have they done any pipline work?

Mom leased out in July, 2007. Supposedly they sold to Chesapeake, but we haven't heard any more.

There is a CHK well permited in the next section. The permit is new (Nov. 5 2008 ser#239043)

Maybe they want to see the results from this well.

Has anyone heard any more on this section in DeSoto Parish? Just curious since Sonris has not updated any on this well. Serial #240326
