Work has started on the pad this week for the Lister well  on hwy 21 ...4 1/2 miles west of San Augustine.

Doug, what is the lease #and name on Bennett #2 at Saunders Cemetery? I have been trying to find out something for my brother. I can;t find anything on rrc web site.    Thanks,  Charles Smith

Charles, the Bennett Unit #2H doesn't have a Lease ID # yet but they have been reporting production since May.

Use the status # (709204) and set the well type to "pending" to look up production (top query form).

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
