Cheasapeake has something going on in columbia county. Its probally not the shale, but thay are being very quiet. Others are following their trail.

Offer was not very interesting, $100/acre and 3/16 royalty, 3 year lease with option for 2 years @ $100/acre. Cannot determine at this point who landman is leasing this for. Would appreciate it if anyone in this area South of Emerson has been contacted.
