I understand that the Trinidad 103 rig has moved out of Section 7. They are now getting ready to frac the well. This is a true horizontal drilled Haynesville well.

So any insider news on the production yet?
Too early to tell they are just now setting up to frac it as I understand.

Could know something in the next two weeks or so. Pipeline is already laid to the site.
Does anyone know what the update is on the Haynesville well in Section 7 next to Walter Jacobs Park? Have they started to frac the well yet?
is this the Parcy Sharp 7 you are referring to in 18/15?
My New Year's Eve prediction is that Chesapeake will use the results of the Percy Sharp III well to gloat and banter for more support in the 4th Quarter - EOY Recap. I hope that the new year brings wonderful news of a XXX monster next door to me!!! Come dance with my band for New Year's Eve at Harley's Pub in Bossier City. We play from 8:00 until 1:00. This is a going to be the best no cover party in town with a delicious buffet and favors and of course, Rockhouse! Harley's Pub is located in the Heart of Bossier near the TCBY and Kobe steak house. Old Minden at Benton Road - convenient to the I-20 for the ride!
Has there been any news on the frac job on the well and do we know how the well did?
I haven't heard any real news. I do know that they are developing what appears to be a long well site road that starts in my section (section 8) and goes through at least 2 or 3 more sections adjacent to this section. I have seen truck loads of piepline going into the area so I think they are getting the pipelines in place for the sections around this one too.
Here's the current well status report - Does this tell anyone anything?

This is probably out dated data. I am unsure if they have frac'd the well at this time but I am assuming that they have and that the well is on line. Three weeks ago they had all of the pipeline laid frrom section 7 to section 8 and looked like they were building compressor station on section 8. If this well is not on line it is not far off.
I understand that they are getting ready to frac the well. Not sure the exact time frame but they are getting the water ready.
So we know if they have completed the frac job on the Sharp well? IF so when should we find out about the well?
I wonder if one of the two wells mentioned below is the Sharp Well? From a news release on the 27th by Chesapeake:

The company continues to experience attractive drilling results in the Haynesville Shale play in Northwest Louisiana and East Texas. The company's last seven horizontal wells have had gross initial production or test rates averaging approximately 16 mmcfe per day and its two most recent wells, which are currently waiting on pipeline connection, tested in excess of 22 mmcfe per day. Chesapeake is currently operating 20 rigs in the play and anticipates operating an average of approximately 25 rigs in the play during 2009.
