Please read my post titled "Selling Working interest,"  and if you have experience in the Field of working interest, write what you think, we have participated in 3 wells, then CHP announced they wanted to drill 3 more, so we poured our money into those wells, A company in Houston says they can sell it for us, I don't believe their promises! ``````````````````` Please offer an opinion, as I have nowhere else to turn.

Good choice, Two Dogs, Pirate.

thanks to you all.

I also highly recommend Randall Davidson.  Not only is he a great attorney but he does not represent the Oil and Gas industry.

thanks, I wonder what my first question shoukld be, any ideas??

Provide him with a copy of the Operating Agreement.  Tell him you do not wish to pay your pro-rated costs and ask what your options are.  Any correspondence with the operator would be helpful also.  Go prepared with any and all documentation and it will help hold billable hours to the minimum.
