Love to hear about a group in this area
I hear our "area" is between Airline and Benton Rd
From 1220 bridge up to Shed Rd,
We will have a hard time finding homeowners...
what do you suggest
I have a small group of surrounding neighbors working together, I told them I would try to find a group but so far no luck. What do you think about EZMineralLease for a bid? I think he said you had to have 10 friends for 2 -3% of the sign in bonus. I haven't checked into it that much but thought I might. $20,000/acre would be a good bid. We sure won't take the $5,500/acre now. Any thoughts on this would be great. I sent a email earlier to Green Acres Place but never heard back from them so I don't think they want us in their group.
PM,
I'm from the GreenAcres Place group and attended a meeting in Greenacres tonight. We are definitely interested in joining together! Wish I knew where your e-mail went. Based on discussions tonight, I think you'll see evidence soon of serious organizing in Greenacres, so we can work this together--with others, too! Please hold on a little longer before hiring an outsider on the internet.
Hi Gerry, DiLa emailed me last night and told me. I have already typed up my form to put in the mail today. I ran copies off for my neighbors too. Has anyone thought about placing adds in the Times or American Classified? The sooner we get the word out the faster we can get this done. I would be willing to pay for one of the adds if I knew which neighborhoods this will include.
We live in old GreenAcres on Ashland and are definitely interested in joining a group. We know of several other neighbors wanting to join as well... but we know we'll have better leverage with more people... Please email me Djordan411@aol.com if you are interested.
PM, I live on Deanie. Where are you on establishing an alliance with the Old Greenacres neighborhood?
Hi Mark, I just found out that we were eligible to join with Green Acres Place. I just ran some copies of the forms off from their website "www.greenacresplace.org" and will deliver some to my surrounding neighbors today. As soon as we find out which neighborhoods they are including we need to place a discussion in here for "North Bossier Coalition" and let everyone get the word out to join. What neighborhood is Deanie located in? I live on Northside Drive and have surrounding neighbors that have been looking for a group to join with. I can't tell you how happy I was to find this one. I need to know when the next meeting will be because I had a neighbor ask me about it this morning before work. Will it be the one on the 31st at Airline Baptist Church? If this is the same group I will be there and let my neighbors know.
Thanks for the repsonse PM, Deanie is in Old Green Acres off of Tillman. I am unaware of a meeting, so if you find out anything please let me know.
I sure will Mark. Gerry did say all of Old Green Acres could join, not just the areas that Teresa put on here. Go to www.greenacresplace.org and you can find out more. I have already pulled up the form to sign and mailed it in yesterday. I have also made copies for some of my neighbors since we have all been looking for a good group to join. Boy after EnCana hitting that 15 Mmcf well it should be good for the whole area. This is really an exciting time for all of us.
Dee: I spoke with a member of this group from greenacres place they are trying to get more members on board. They are having a meeting next week, maybe they can help you.
