The problem is we are still waiting for well results. I think this will change once we start seeing well results. The Audubon rep stated the big woods well was doing 8mcfd he "thought"..if that proves to be true look out.
Note the discussion "confirmed offers". Your a parish line and about 8 miles from $22,500.00....hummhhhhh !!!
very interesting that no haynesvilles are listed for sabine especially when shell has the murry and olympia minerals in pleasant hill and belmont.
very interesting we can't find out a heck of a lot about the well's....
Ken, this is just my opinion and is not worth a whole lot. I believe that CHK subleased all of Pennical Oil leases in northern Sabine. That involves alot of land. CHK is very secretive about their drilling in comparison to the other companies. Until they are ready to drill, I don't think you will hear a whole heck of alot. Hk has alot of the land just north of us. ( I live very close to your red dot and the parish line also ) I am held by production with CHK and Pennical. We just have to wait. I would love to know what all is going on too and I can not wait for them to DRILL around here. Good Luck, I hope we all get at least one well. I bet it will take years for all of this to play out.
The unitization listed them as Jurassic Formation, the upper Jurassic includes the lower Cotton Valley, Bossier, Haynesville, Gilmer, Buckner and the base is the Smackover.
Has anyone gotten any offers from the group that was at Converse City Hall on Aug. 13 & 14?
We have not received any offers from the Mitchell group that was at Converse city hall as of yet.
we have heard nothing.
I have not heard anything either and I live in Converse. Everything is mum here. What a shame.
Those who have said they have heard nothing..what kind of time frame are you referring to? The last year, the last month? If you have read these discussions most of us should know that Sabine has been seeing offers.
Time frame started Aug 13th 2008. I don't expect to hear anything from these so called Petrohawk reps anytime soon. None of us that went to the "meeting" expect to hear anything anytime soon. Haynesville, there have been no offers in the Sabine area for the past 2-3 weeks I assure you and I do read these discussions on a daily basis.
