GEP's Shut in Wells in Holly Field

I was looking at Sonris and noticed most of GEP's wells are shut in, but at same time they are building new pad sites. Two new pad sites go into Scout Ranch near Kickapoo off Hwy 171. I would assume they are shut in due to low prices but perhaps they are waiting on fracking all at one time. Anyone have any info
