i am trying to find out,what,s the going rate per acre on 40 acres of gas leasing in holly

no not yet,waiting on offers,just want to know what to expect

I don't know of offers in the Holly Field. However, I know of an offer made to an owner in southern DeSoto Parish about 2 months ago of $7,500/acre for a small (few acres) tract.
