It appears that Remora Operating, a newly registered LA operating company affiliated with Remora Petroleum out of Austin, TX has acquired the 50% interest that bankrupt EXCO held in its Haynesville Shale assets.  Shell continues to hold the other 50%.

Hi Skip, no our letter does not mention Remora.  We just own a small interest in a Harrison County well. It looks like Exco has filed a Chapter 11 Reorganization plan and a Disclosure Statement for Settlement has been filed. A Hearing on the approval of the Disclosure Settlement will be held 11/5/18 at 9AM.  Of course, this is all way over my pay grade:) Kathy
