Yes, those that play the market, please go right ahead. :-) But you might want to wait until their FID. If they signal they will go forward with construction, the stock may get a nice bump.

We have visited these Tellurian cost statements a number of times since the company acquired the old Samson HA Units in the Rockcliff acquisition. They didn't make sense then and they for sure do not now. You have to think that any savvy investor would question this type of hype! So, who is it intended for? I have yet to see a stock analyst push back or even comment on these assertions! Strange.

All in gas cost of $2.30?? Show me the breakdown of economics from wellhead to LNG facility - "something's subsidizing something" big-time to have even a snowball's chance at those types of delivered costs. The pipe infrastructure alone to get to this proposed facility is mega-dollars compared to other facilities already built and/or in play. The promoters of this deal are swinging for the fences with other people's money - for their sake, I hope they can make it work - just so long as…

Previously Tellurian touted all in gas cost of $2.30/mcf. Now they seem to be counting on associated gas out of the Permian. The WAHA Hub prices are stabilizing as new take away capacity comes on line. I've not heard any mention of transportation cost per mcf from the Permian to Gulf Coast markets but I would imagine it would run ~$0.20 to $0.45 per mcf, west to east.

The market certainly doesn't believe in $1 cost gas...If it were, the public natural gas E&P companies would already be bid up to the heavens with a strip around $2.50. As of today, a lot of their stock prices are at 52 week lows, quite a few at multi-year lows...

I wish all the best for Tellurian, but this is pure marketing.
