I am having some questions about the price I am getting paid from Aethon. The price I was paid from Chesapeake, PXP, and QEP was closer to NYMEX Natural Gas Contract Settlement Price than the price I am being paid from Aethon. The price I was paid for May sales was 1.25 and the price from NYMEX was 1.79. Can anyone tell me what they were paid from their producer?

Has anyone received any offers to drill for natural gas/minerals? We received an offer to drill on 80 acres with a bonus of $1500/acre and 25% royalty for three years. We currently receive royalty payments from other wells drilled on contiguous land that we own next to the 80 acres. So there are producing wells in the area, but we have not signed any new leases in 8 years and the terms back then were much lower.

Any info would be much appreciated.

The well is question is GOLSON 32 H 001 HARASUC. This well has been producing 22-28M and for the past 2 months the production is almost nil. For September, it shows production of 5.88. It looks like it may be shut down, I don't know. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about why the sudden drop. I know a few years back, they had to re pipe it because they used some cheap pipe.
I have some news. Goldston Oil has leased property south of Castor. The lease does not cover Haynesville shale. Just Hosston up. Terms of the lease were 500/acre and 1/4 royalty for a 3 year only lease. Any thoughts on Goldston? I know they have wells in Texas. I know the record on SONRIS does not look to good to me but they may have isolated something on the 3-D survey they want to go after. It was only a small area they went after. Any thoughts?
