does anyone have any info on the new NFR well just north of 999 close to dotson. I think it is called the tin lease. it shows to be producing on the rrc website.

In response to the question whether the lease draft went through, yes it did, in the normal amount of time, with the proceeds collected. I am not sure if there is anyone out their being offered just a few hundred an acre for leasing bonus, However I discourage everyone who is contemplating signing leases for less than $10,000/acre +25% not do so. If it was worth that much a few weeks ago, it will be worth it again. Just bide your time.

griiker, with all the talk about bonuses not being paid in other areas it would be interesting to know if yours went through alright.

that sounds encouraging, they wouldn't be there if therewasn't any interest.

Just FYI, on 8-24-08 I was in Panola Co courthouse record room and it was jam packed with landmen !!! No room to even turn around. Standing room only.

Hi all. I said this already in another group but I had signed a lease with chesapeake for $10,000 an acre some where in the gillaspy survey.

Has anyone else signed for anything? I know much if not most of Panola is HBP, but there are a few scraps out there.
