Goodrich offered $250/N.M.A.--20%--3 year lease. My acreage is in The McAdams A-159 survey. The lease $$$ appear to be low but also the %. Can anyone tell me what the approx. going rate is for the northern part of Sabine Co. Texas. I appreciate your response--Thank you --Jerry

Maybe me and my sister along with you will get RICH off this when they Drill, The lease man told me they were going to be drilling soon on that Survey and from what you said, we are on the same lease. Pretty cool to meet someone that is on the same as myself..
Are you in sabine county?
Cindy
EXPLAIN WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT A "COST FREE" ROYALTY
this clause if they agree to in your lease will add about 40-50 cent per mmcf of gas to your royalty check. about like axtra 2% royalty in value. Lots of companies will not give you this in lease others will depending on now hard the negotiation. Pipeline cost continue to increase so great clause to have in lease
