Permalink Reply by Mister Sunday on November 26, 2018 at 4:59 Looks like no love from XTO again this month. At least the Interest Owners Relations part of the website doesn't say they are sending me a check this month.
Permalink Reply by Mister Sunday on November 26, 2018 at 5:02 The RRC hasn't added any new information to their site either.

Permalink Reply by Mister Sunday on November 29, 2018 at 9:51 I'm still looking for monies from the H1!
Permalink Reply by Mister Sunday on December 11, 2018 at 10:34 I'm thinking it's been producing since about April or May.
Permalink Reply by Mister Sunday on December 4, 2018 at 4:30 H1 reported 140,977 for October, 17,123 for September and 62,039 for July. So hopefully I'll see a pretty good check for the end of December.

Permalink Reply by Mister Sunday on January 29, 2019 at 9:56 YAY! Finally getting a check! After having not seen one since May of last year, I'll take whatever I can get. Even with the convoluted check details. Still no love from the B1 though.
They turned in 272,379 for Nov from H1 but I still haven't seen an IP report on B1 yet so I don't know if that is a one well figure or a two well combined figure. The IP report will show the date of first production. The Lease ID #285097, for B1, was created 11-28-18. They almost never turn in pending production on new stacked laterals anymore. They hold production until they have all of the paperwork approved on the B well and have a Lease ID # before they start reporting to RRC on a combined number from the stack (two wells). It is my understanding, from talking to other owners, that they do still report both wells individually on the pay stub.

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near…

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires. Before we started this site, googling "shale' brought up little information. Certainly nothing that was useful as we negotiated a lease. Read More |
