There seems to be a lot of permitting lately based on filings. XTO and some Chesapeake appear to be active and several smaller companies, so its not all dryed up in Shelby.
The ET side has... it seems. It's been quiet since school started and now it's holidays and deer hunting. Have you looked at Les B's Drilling Rigs reports lately? There are 4 rigs in Shelby, 6 in San Augustine and a few up north. The only place where things are still jumping is Nacogdoches.
Are we the only ones that have producing wells on their property that have passed the 120 day mark and no Division Order or are there others out there with the same problem ???
