A maximum flow rate of 8 million cu. ft. of gas per day was reported by Chesapeake Operating Inc. at an Arkoma Basin-Fayetteville development well in White County , Ark. The #1-15H Reva Deen 7-8 is in Section 15-7n-8w and produces from a fracture-stimulated, extended reach lateral at 5,690-12,564 ft.
I see on the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission map that Seeco has a spud well in the new Ozark Highlands Unit. It is located in section 12, T 10N, R 17 W in Van Buren County. Permit no. 42951. Is anyone aware of any other wells that have been drilled in the Ozark Highlands Unit?
Can someone help me understand this flow rate? I thought that a typical Fayettevile shale play flow rate was between .5 and 2.0 million cu ft per day. 8 million is huge! It this a matter of more effective fracing or are my estimates completely wrong?
