ANY WESTERN NATCHITOCHES PARISH PIPELINE EASEMENT OFFERS ?

Should one get an offer for a future pipeline easement, what is the best method of making sure the price offer is fair or inline with market conditions within an area.....say western Natchitoches Parish, La. ?   Thank you in advance.

    Negotiating an easement can be tricky.  Enough so that you should run any offer by an experienced O&G law firm.  They will know what other land owners are getting and can help  with some of the things that many land owners do not think about.  Get the offer in writing and then pass it along to a good attorney.
