Hey Tom I live near Keith rd. Several people signed back in August mostly in tract 30. Our neighbors are considering signing for 12,500 25% roy. today. I hope they hold out. If you go to Sonris web site you can see most of Keithville highlighted as potential leases in 2 months. We have a well in the woods far behind our house and I can hear them drilling.

Ok, so you live behind me somewhere. There is a well near the golf course and another in the woods near those ponds. I think tract 24 ends in my backyard but I'm not sure. The highest offer I heard is my area is 12,500.
