hey christy i live in the back of golden meadows. the landman i talked with said they have not even signed 10% of the leases they want which means to me people are getting informed. its in tri cities to get as many people in the poole they can. I have a lawyer friend of mine getting info for me now to see if iam going to sign this $5500.00 offer are not

Yeah that is what we figured too. There was a guy who lives in Tara talking last night at the meeting saying if we all got together and worked a deal like West Shreveport is doing the offer could go up to $10,000 per acre. But 90% of residents would have to sign letters of intent w/in 2 weeks. We have a friend who is an ex-landman and he is saying wait a few more weeks to see how this plays out!
