yes i no where you ae talking about... my husband grew up on 705 and later his parents move on there land on 103... what side of the rd is your land

is it on the main rd of 705 or dirt rd.. see i am thinking you are somewhere byus... there are three ways to get to our land ... you can get on it from 103 or 705 mike parrish rd can go to our land this is from 103 ... not sure if you know who i am talking about...

yes jc i belive so..... just about all the people around our pasture has sign.. not us..... so you say your land is on both sides... see where i am getting to the more people we can get in our area the better.. means more land.. so how much land is there...

JC, Hello! hope thing are going well for you...... Well went to court house today, and talk with a friend of mine thats works for a oil company.. she is saying that in shelby county some of the leasing is up to $7500.00 per acres....... also that she figures that the price will be getting much higher.... she said she would not be surprise if it gets to 10000.00 in a couple of weeks...... So she said to just sit on it for right now.. We called Ecana and for right now on the table is 5000.00 with 25% royalities. all we need to do is give them the abstract # and survey and our names so that they can send it to their geoligist and within two weeks we would here from them... they then would tell us if it was in their area of interest........ then we would go to the table of negotations ...... when we decideto sign , who ever that should be we are going to have a gas and oil lawyer too look at it... so here we are again at the same place of the waiting game.... so if you know anyone in our area we all need to stick together....... have a good day!! Good Morning! This morning we are carrying our abstract # to Encan so they can send it to their people just to see if we are in their area... We are still holding because like i say i bet its going up... This way we can see if they are buying up in our area...... Do you know if there are anymore our way that has not sign up with anyone...

Eagle oil is Terri Bailey from center tx... we heard that the people down by our cow paster had sign with them... we figure his plans are to lease them out to other oil company for a larger amount.. lord thank god we did not sign then........ i will be checking around here today to see if there are anymore news. so far Encana as been the one giving the most for leasing....

Jc, went down to Encana today,,, they want to lease our land..... $5000.00 with one fourth royalities and a three contract ... i told them about ya'll did not give names but they want to talk!!!! tall are also on the area they want...

jc .. i have a friend works for one of the oild companys... i keep in touch with here and she lets me know what oil companys are offering each week....... she is the one that said that they would be going up... in the next couple of weeks.. so yes were are still in the game with ya;lll.. i think if all of us stick together that we have a good chance to get lots more.... here is .. yes i agree.. thats want we said too.... Why would they start at $5000.00....... they are buying up alot in our area 103 and 1751 and 705........ yes is it is worth more... we are trying to find a good oil and gas lawyer. the man told me if and when we sign that they would cut us a check for 25000.00 dollars and we have to give them 45 days to search title...... after that and if we have all minerals rights then they would gives us the rest.. and if we don't have the minerals then we still get to keep the $25000.00, so see if they are willing lto burn that much money and take a chance .. it is something they are wanting very badly.... WORTH MORE!!!!!! also he told me that after the three years on contract that if they were not through and needed to go 2 more years that we would get what ever they paid the first go around.....so say if we sign at $5000.00 and acrea they would give it to us for the other two years...

Regarding the well down by the lake (405-30164), it looks like that well was drilled last year and completed 09-06-2007. The permit was ammended last month though and it looks like they're gonna start drilling again. It has been producing a little bit so if you have land down that way, you might check to see if it's held by production. I don't know if that's the case but it's worth looking into.

Glad to hear they are still interested in land around our area. Things seem to be picking up in our area. I doubt I will be at the Timpson meeting but take good notes and let me know what happens....good luck to you...are you about ready to sign?

Hello JWC, Just got off the phone with mrs Woods 103 and they are looking into Encana and many more in that area.... she gave me some names of some people who have not sign yet and that they are waiting .......... donald woods is selling chicken houses not sure what they have on minerals rights..... still looking .. I am going to call Larry Epps tonite to see wht up with his land . Mrs Woods told me that Encana offer the same as they did with us .

just called a lady who is renting building space to an oil company that is calle crimpson oil ... i think i am going to carry our deed down there an see what they say and get some info on it..... also she was telling me that encana looked there doors yesterday and people could not talk with them.... so i am going to try and find out whats going on... see you later . shelley

JWC, yes I did read that article. I was glad to hear them telling a little of the truth for a change, lol. I honestly think though that it will take a WHOLE LOT more drilling before they really know for sure just how far west and south it goes. I still hold out a lot of hope for SA and Sabine Co.s and, even if there is no shale gas here, there are still a lot of other producing formations here that they haven't begun to tap yet. With current prices, anything they go after will be lucrative, I think.

Please advise as to where the two 16,000ft test wells are in SA county. How far from south Shelby county line and in which direction etc.
Do you know the names, ID number and the producer?'
Are they in production?
