Hi Lawrence. It seems that I may have confused some folks. I haven't leased my land as yet. I posted a response by ALongview regarding his/her lease with Devon because folks on Sabine County seemed worried about Devon honoring their Sept. leases.
I have had talks with them, however, regarding acreage in S. Morris west of Sabinetown and in J. Haley southeast of Hemphill. I feel like they may pick up these two tracts after the first of the year.
Where are you located?

Lawrence, There area three W.A.Malin Surveys in Sabine Co. Do you know your Abstract number so I can look at the map to seewhere you're situated?
