I just wish I had of known this was coming before I leased last year J.W. I guess if they go ahead and drill and make a good well I'll probably forget about that 150. an acre bonus money huh?

I actually found out about this site on Tigerdroppings. I haven't been on there in a while though. I have been following this Haynesville deal for a while now. I actually had a vendor of mine that sells pump panels for wells tell me about 3 or 4 years ago that this was going to happen. I told him that he was crazy and that I had sold in this market since 1992 and there wasn't any boom in gas wells. I guess he knew what he was talking about. He also told me that it went from Bossier City to Leesville. I hope he was right.

Boy you barely caught me. Headed for bed, that 0500 will be here shortly. No drilling yet but they did come in and survey for 3 locations just north of me in one adjoining section and 2 more real close (I believe it was 30,32, and 20 something). They are just south of Benson. Its just a matter of time.

JW my first cousin has about 500 acres around Florien and my advice to her was to sit back and wait for them to come to her. I think you are in a good area and I think the wells will come in stronger as they move South. I hear that the Big Woods well is a real good one. Don't let them tell you that you are on the fringe. Tell them that you will wait and see where the fringes are and where the hot spots are before you grant a lease.

My knowledge doesn't extend into sabine very reliably.
