Your bird is gorgeous, my pet, (teenage), wild dove could learn a thing or two from your red parrot. I love the avatar as I perform and record with violin, viola and cello.
Well that's great that they found that out. I don't know if a local hospital could have figured that out. Well your SWAMO family will keep you and Pella in our thoughts and prayers.
I'm floored, I have so much to say to those that play one and especially more than one of the primary orchestral stringed instruments, the viols. Cool!
I'm still reconstructing social networks to fit me into the plan better, I'll add you as a friend and keep you up to date on my music widgetry. I'm the admin of the Musicians Group over on Pickens Plan. ning never ceases to amaze me in it's ability to network.
You really draw a well controlled tone from the cello. Your intonation is excellent and the way you leave the phrase is very subtle. That's a nice sounding instrument.
The little I've been able to record in my lifetime is represented somewhat at Studioviols on Soundclick. There's one tune there with a small cello ensemble, (multi tracking), and some other stuff with violin and viola. It's time to gather all the tracks from far and wide to entertain the troops on Pickens Plan. I'm building the Musicians and Performers for a Better Future group on the Pickens Plan and it's reaching for 40 members at this time. It sure would be nice to have another orchestral string player in the group of your quality. I hope you will drop by and check out the group. Thanks for sharing your music!
I'm so glad to hear about Pella I know that must have caused a lot of stress.
Speaking of my voice I have been told it has that effect my daughter tell's me less is more.
It was great meeting you and Bill. You are right, it is nice to be able to put a face with the names. I wish that my face would have been more worthwhile to see!!!
I enjoyed meeting you and your husband as well. I've been meaning to tell you that I listed to you musical posting and it is beautiful. My son is presently taking violin class and is enjoying it.
It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband this afternoon. The eating meeting was a lot of fun and I enjoyed getting to put faces with names. I also have enjoyed the cello music that you posted here. I am a very part-time musician, that is, now I rarely have &/or make time for it. But I did play acoustic guitar and sing around S'port and Monroe for about 6 years. This has now been 20 years ago. Now I just occasionally play for church. Thanks for an enjoyable afternoon among new-found friends.
Music has always been a means for me to unwind and an outlet for just plain fun. My mother teaches piano and voice ... and my son has an engineering degree along with a music degree (emphasis in piano performance).
I need to find a way to make more time for it.
I wonder how we talked for > an hour and didn't get around to music...funny, huh?
Yesterday was a fun day for me. It was a real pleasure to meet you and Bill. I especially enjoyed talking with Bill. It is people like you who make me want to meet more of the members.
I love it also... Thank you. Sorry for the late delay. Homework was due tonight and I needed to turn it in. Looks like you are sleeping. I guess I better do the same. Raining cats and dogs in Houston, Texas. Have a great night...
