I am seeking information, and I guess methodology, to begin organizing a group of property owners into a "Neighborhood Association".
If you are a part of any such association I would very much like to speak with you. We have had an initial meeting and about 140-150 people agreed to form a group for dealing with the O&G people we are all hearing from.
