Hey Jack, good to have you as my friend. I like the way you hail something at the end of your posts. LONG LIVE JACK BLAKE! Are you any kin to Bruce Blake from Winn and Grant Parishes?
THANKS FOR ANY INFO YOU CAN SHARE THAT WILL HELP US , THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN IN THE FAMILY FOR GENERATIONS AND OTHER THAN A USE LEASE TO THE ARMY IN WWII FOR TRAINING I DON'T KNOW OF ANY OTHER BENEFITS BESIDE'S THE SQUIRREL AND DEER HUNTING THAT ANY OF US HAVE GOTTEN FROM IT SINCE GREAT GREAT GRANDPA FARMED IT. HAVE SEVERAL COUSINS THAT WOULD BENEFIT GREATLY FROM ANY THING WE COULD SHOW FOR THE EFFORT.
Jack, thanks for the friend request. I am being careful to only accept those who I feel relatively sure are not industry members at this time. I am a witness in a trial and attempting to limit my participation here on GHS. Please feel free to contact me on my personal page. Skip
Hello, Jack Blake,
This little 'ole first grade teacher is a TEXAS Landowner. And proud of! lol
Actually, I grew up on this property so it really does mean a lot to me.
I had just kept up with your postings so was curious as to where your property was.
Hey, I guess we all need to stick together and keep everybody honest no matter whether we're Texas Landowners or Louisiana Landowners. We're all in this together.
Jack, what is unknown or unsaid by you at this point is the question of a drill site. Does Audubon want a well bore easement only? Much of the time an operator needs both a well pad site and an easement for the distance from that site to the section line. It would be a good idea to ask for a plat from Audubon as that will show both the well surface location and the location and distance of the well bore easement.
