I have never (was never given an offer) leased my 50% but the previous owner leased his 50% to Eagle and that agreement has lapsed. He contacted Eagle to see if they were exercising the extention and they said no. We have 63 acreas not lease to anyone. If anyone knows of a company leasing in south east San Augustine County please let me know.
