I have been contacted by Goodrich regarding 2.5 acres in rusk county left to me by my grandfather. They are offering $500 sign on and 3/16 royalty. Is that a good offer? I have no idea!
Thanks for answering so quickly. I do not live on the property, my grandfather left the mineral rights to me. I know it is in southeast rusk county, close to Panola. I will call Goodrich today to ask the questions you recommended. I appreciate your help.
