Hello, I see you are in LA, but I was wondering if you are any relation to the Permenters that live in Shelby County, TX just north of Center by chance?
I'm looking at a list of neighbors just north of my mineral interests on County Rd 3737. There is an Elvin and Yvonne Permenter listed. I found this through an online white pages listing. I don't live in the state, so I am doing all the research I can to connect with neighbors in the area.
