I don't feel the 4% is excessive either. I just hope I made the right decision by allowing others to handle a business deal for me that can be paramount, especially for the future.
Hi PetroHawg, Just read your post today and I'm so-o-o glad someone finally pointed out that all the sections are not square. I live near the Red River and north of the Shreveport-Barksdale highway and I still can not figure what my TRS is. To make matters even more complicated, my home is the Shreveport city but in Bossier Parish. If you should care to look up this area, it is near or just below 171305 on the map. If you can figure it out, I would be grateful if you could let me know my TRS. Thank you kindly. honors
