I have no Idea what these guys are getting for a finders fee. I cant imagine it being enough to cover the guilty feelings when they find out they helped the oil companies rip off all their neighbors for way less that its real value. their ruined reputations will be the high cost of doing that i'm afraid.

I suppose I should ask. are you a land man.
