Good morning Gary. I live off of John's Gin Rd and I've just been contacted about giving permission to survey my property for a gas line ROW. I saw in one of your posts that you got $275/rod with modifications to their agreement. Over the phone he said that they wanted to do a 50 ft wide permanent line and a 25 ft temporary line for 2 pipes 8" and 12" for $250/rod and $3,000 an acre for timberland acreage. I don't want to make any more mistakes. Would you please share your information with me? Thanks, SAM
