I am a real estate transaction lawyer but not a louisiana lawyer. I want to create an checklist of what I should be looking for.

Believe me there is no way I am going to sign a lease without the assistance of a Louisiana lawyer.

But I do think it would be wise to question him.

You know there are a lot of LA lawyers who up until two months ago had not seen a o/g lease since they took the bar exam and now they are experts.

I want to smoke that type of lawyer out by asking the right questions.
