Dale Walton replied to Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant's discussion Aethon Leasing In Bienville in the group Bienville Parish, LA
"15N 8W has ONE Haynesville well in the entire township and it is in Section 6 almost in 15N 9W.  If Aethon, or anyone else, is trying to push the limits of the Haynesville east beyond the previous barrier it would be advisable to wait to lease…"

"Stock should get hammered with this overspend.  No way the Western Haynesville is economic at these prices.  Guess they have to drill for HBP and NG plant commitments.  "

Dale Walton replied to Rodney Anderson's discussion Well pad damages
"Uh, Rodney does not own the minerals under the land.  That is why I offered up that there is really no incentive for putting up with the pad and the headaches that come with it if possible.  "

Dale Walton replied to Rodney Anderson's discussion Well pad damages
"If you don’t own the minerals and therefore will not share in the production I would not recommend allowing a pad.  Granted the mineral lease will govern this but you can certainly make it undesirable for them.  That surface…"

Dale Walton replied to Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant's discussion Post War LNG Analysis by Columbia University
"You don’t need a study by Columbia to come to that conclusion.  Japan has no domestic oil or gas assets.  They are buying power for their country in the form of LNG.  When Apex sells look for them to be the buyer.  "

Dale Walton replied to Jesse Joyner's discussion BPX permitted two new 4-section super wells in Elm Grove Field.
"4 section laterals are done where surface and leases dictate such.  Due to the amount of perforated feet yes they will have excellent initial flow rates.  But keep in mind that 4 sections share in this production.  The actual sweet…"

Dale Walton replied to Skip Peel - Mineral Consultant's discussion Wood Mackenzie Henry Hub Price Projection
"Lower oil prices will help NG prices as there will be less associated NG from oil wells that will not be drilled in a sub $70BO price environment.  Small silver lining for Haynesville royalty owners.  "

Dale Walton replied to SALI EVANS's discussion How do we reach buyers?
"Reaching out to a buyer will not get you a good offer.  If you have acreage in a good area they will find you.  My phone rings off of the hook with offers.  "
