EXCO production company, LP

EXCO just sent a damage release form to be notarized and a check for damages stating that they were going to go ahead and drill a well that had been put on hold. They called the well the Willie Johnson 7#2 well.

Anyone with any info I would appreciate. It is in Section 7, T14N, R13W

using the saltwater on your land

Got a letter from a Scott Byrd that the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources has asked operators to identify alternative water sources for their Haynesville development programs. Anyway Exco Production Company wants to install a pipeline through my property sections 7 and 8, Township 14 North, Range 13 West, approximately 5,006 feet, 2" to " low pressure. Does anyone know what would a good lease or contract would like like for this.

For information on Nacogdoches wells and units, I suggest that you friend and ask jffree1.  If there is P-12 Unit Interest report on file, it may be easy to determine.  If not, you may to have some research performed.

Deb. Please contact me on my private email - skippeel@gmail.com. I do not conduct business here on GHS. I'll be happy to answer your questions, tell you my rates and give you an idea of the cost to perform the research you need. Regards, Skip

Hi Deb,

I've been undergoing health tests since August - most of me is in good shape! LOL! It appears I have a thyroid problem. Otherwise I'm doing great.

It's good to hear from you.

Deb, thank you so much for your sentiments. It means a lot to us all. The GHS community has been very supportive during this difficult time. I met a bunch of them this past weekend and they are even better in person. just let them know when your "coming home" and they'll take it from there.

As far as the property, I remember you saying your property was in 24 14N13W. My great grandfather's land is there as well. Also in section 25 as well. They were the Means family. My paternal grandmothers family. I also remember seeing the proposed Murray 24 #1 on the HA zone application I got from Bob Anderson. So, perhaps our kin folk where neighbors! Pretty wild in my way of thinking. You in Houston and me in Rockford, IL meeting on a website about a rock formation! Only in America!

As for the church, my uncle (Ed Ware, Jr.helped build it and was an elder. The original church was located in front of it. The church has 4 cemetaries around it. Besides many Ware and Means graves, there are quite a few Murrays there as well. Thought these might be some of your folks. Anyway. I hope EXCO goes in and gets the deed done in sections 24 and 25. I have a minute interest in those lands as the property is shared with a lot of heirs of Henry Means. Most of my land is just north of there in sections 12 and 13. Good luck with the well, Cannie

Deb, I was down in Desoto Parish this past weekend checking on my property was looking at the proposed Murray 24 #1. We have some interest in that section as well. Is that location part of your family's property? That would cool to have one of the first horizontals in the area on your land. Also, is your family from that area? Are you familiar with Mt Zion Baptist Church on Mt. Zion Rd?
