Sally, I can confirm that Red Oak East LLC is offering brine leases on behalf of Exxon.
Sally, I wish I could provide you with some details but important elements to reviewing a brine lease are missing currently. Texas has several issues to decide. Hopefully that will happen in the new year. Keep in mind that production of lithium from brine is years in the future. Speculators are attempting to acquire as many leases as possible while mineral owners are in the dark. I am not familiar with Red Oak East LLC. Here is the Texas corporate registration for Red Oak East. Note that the company was incorporated late in 2023. That's a red flag for me.
