Will Drill is applying for landowners to force pool their land in our section of land. The word FORCE just doesn't sit well with me. Does anyone have any comments or knowledge of this process?

I thought this information might help someone.
East Texas residents just won an 11-year battle against noise and pollution from a natural gas compression station.
From The Paris News
County residents win 11-year-old lawsuit

When there is a downturn in the job market, experts advise get more education and to get out and network with people in your industry. An AMERICAN RIGHT OF WAY ASSOCIATES, INC. (ARA) class allows you to do both. They also have a heaping dose of Lagniappe to add, but I’ll get to that a little later.
I attended the AWA Right of Way (ROW) class held January 24, 2009 at the Petroleum Club in Shreveport. I’ve attended many educational seminars for Real Estate, Title and Mortgage. I have…

My family has leased our property in DeSoto Parish to Bridas Energy and we have
been receiving checks for the two wells on our property for a few years.
Recently we were contacted by someone to lease our acreage
for $500 an acre with 25% royalty. They want permission to go deeper
than our current lease allows.
Two questions: Is this a good offer? And can you lease your
property to another energy company, even though Bridas
holds the current…

I DON’T KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED BUT I FELL IN LOVE ON-LINE.
I’ve never been to a social network site before so it has been an odd experience for me. I came to GHS for information. I googled Haynesville Shale and this was one of the things that came up. I read it and everything else I could find. I was and am completely fascinated. I just can’t learn enough.
I came to the sight with some background knowledge. I’ve leased before and thought when I leased this time it was…
