Does anyone know what a well 14,285 ' would sell or lease for as a Disposal well? When this well was drilled circulation was lost in the bottom of the hole and was not completed as a producing well. I have tried to find out a value but have not been successful.

I'd consider doing this, on property far away from my home... but never close enough to actually see it. You'll have a small industrial complex going 24/7/365... lights, noise, dust, fumes, traffic issues (and all the associated joys of having 18 wheelers coming and going...)

I'd rather go hungry than have to deal with all of the negatives. If you can't smell (dust, fumes, diesel fumes, etc.), like bright nights, and love to watch trucks, then you'd be set.
