But, it's a very happy shock. We got the last letter from Dale Energy Resources. I looked them up on the internet, and they buy for Chesapeak Oil. I figure, if they are willing to geive as much as they offered, that they know something we don't. I'm holding on to mine. I like that check every month. Alabama Fan

At 15:40 on October 10, 2010, Alabama Fan said…: Hi, Martha. I live in Cedar Bluff, Al, about 100 miles NE of Birmingham. My father, his brother and 5 sisters were left 1/2 of the mineral rights. His uncle J. Phillips sold the property to a Parker in 1929 or 1930, and retained 1/2 of the mineral rights. It's the property where crimson drilled the gobi 1 well. Thanks for your email. L. Crow
