Yes sir, tired too. Tired of hearing people cry because the O&G's wont just hand over the $40,000 per acre their land is worth. Even tho they are only offering 6 - 12 right now and certainly not willing to wait more than 24 hours for their offer to come. HA!HA!
Thanks. Trying to find something that matches my personality better then my babies picture. Got a couple of striking cobras I can change to when the need arises! HA! HA!

Thanks so much for the maps. I live out of state but have good local maps as I visited the area where my family's land is located. I know your maps have helped me and all the other out of the area owners. Thanks for taking the time and effort. I finally uploaded my parish map a few days ago. I have an Apple computer which I couldn't get it to copy the map to my desktop etc. I finally used a friend's pc.
Also, owners may be a little slow to use a map as their photo becuase landman use this site also and will "blast" owners they are negotiating with when they can id them more easily when the owner has a map. TCB DS3
Thanks and I will. I am currently here in Shreveport due to my Mother's stroke and subsequent death. I return to the area on occasion due to a home and property here. I live in Oregon so 3 hours time difference is considerable. Will email.
Har C2, my tract starts on the south at the MidCont pipeline and 159. The Parish Rd to Evergreen at 159 and Pistol Thomas Rd and 159 are in the tract. This would place me just Northwest of the plant. Right?
I think you might have responded to my comment earlier about a Sarepta landowner - you said have her post on here with her region. But I'm not sure, because I'd asked specifically because this landowner (a he, actually) doesn't have easy internet access. I feel for the guy, trying to reach out to neighboring landowners without the advantage of the internet. Are there any organizations formed yet in that area I can point this guy to?
Har C2, you seem to be the expert on maps, so how do I find out my section number? I live out of state, but best I can tell there is some family land in Township13, Range 12 of DeSoto parish. I just can't figure out what section. Is there a map that has sections along with township and range? Also, your DeSoto parish map does not include I49!
Har, I got a call from a Sarepta landowner (Old Porterville community, out on Chambless Rd). I believe that would be either C1 or D1, depending on exactly where that is. But he lives in AR, apparently doesn't have easy online access but desperately wants to get informed. I was hoping to hook him up with some other folks in that area. Can you help me help him make contact?
Har C2 I know you started the post about Cotton Valley area,so I know you are interested in CV info. Just in case you haven't checked it out, 2 wells S#237135 & S#237540 are in the frac stage now. One already has a pipeline laid from it and the other has stakes for pipeline. One of them had total drill depth 12500'.
